Can I acquire Accessible Seating as a part of the Travel Package Program?

Availability and type of accessible seating tickets will vary based on each venue’s availability. If you would like to inquire about Accessible Seating as part of the Travel Package or VIP program, please reach out to us at peachatthebeach@100xhospitality.com immediately after purchase. We will go over all available options. Be sure to include the purchaser’s name, festival name, order number and package type, and specific accessibility request in your email.

Do I need to be vaccinated for COVID-19 to purchase a Travel Package and attend the event?

In the best interest of fans and staff, the Event Organizer will continue to monitor local COVID-19 trends and meet or exceed protocols mandated by local governments. By purchasing tickets to this event, you agree to abide by the health and safety measures in effect at the time of the event, which may include wearing masks, providing proof of vaccination status and/or providing proof of negative COVID-19 test. Government mandates, venue protocols, and event requirements are subject to change. For more information, please visit the festival’s website.

OUR TRAVEL PACKAGES

How do I place my order?

All Peach at the Beach Travel Packages must be purchased online. Travel Packages will go on sale on Thursday, February 22nd at 10AM ET. After you click on your desired Travel Package, you will be directed to our ticketing partner, TIXR, to make and finalize your order.

Is the price listed on the website the total price or price per person?

The price listed on our website for Travel Packages is the price per person, not including taxes & fees. Please note – if you are purchasing a Travel Package before Friday, March 22, 2024, you will have the option to pay your full Travel Package price + fees & taxes -or- you will have the option to select a payment plan, which will require you to pay 60% of your Travel Package total + fees & taxes at checkout, and the remaining 40% on March 22, 2024.

How many rooms are included in my Travel Package?

All Travel Packages include one room for two guests. During the checkout process, you will have the option to select your preferred bed type, dependent on availability. 

Do the Peach at the Beach Travel Packages have an age restriction?

Yes, all Travel Packages have an age restriction of 21+ to check in at the hotel. Those under 21 can still occupy a room and attend the show; however, the primary booker of the reservation must be 21+ for hotel check-in. Valid photo identification is required.

Is there a payment plan for Peach at the Beach Travel Packages?

Yes, there is a payment plan option for Travel Packages! An initial 60% will be charged upon purchasing the package, and a final 40% payment will automatically be charged to the form of payment on file on Friday, March 22, 2024. If you purchase after March 22, 2024, you will be charged the full payment amount at the time of purchase. 

In order to opt into the payment plan, upon adding your desired package to your cart and clicking BUY TICKETS, you will find a blue button that says ‘+ Use payment plan – only pay $$$ today’ under your order summary on the left-hand side of your checkout screen. Once you select your payment plan, you will be prompted to accept the payment plan terms and conditions, agree to the payment plan schedule and finally – confirm your purchase!

If you do not opt into the payment plan at checkout, you will be charged the full amount when you purchase.

Can I pay for my entire package at checkout instead of being on a payment plan?

Yes! Once you have added your desired Travel Package to your cart and have clicked BUY TICKETS, you will proceed to check-out without adding the payment plan into your package. This will direct you to complete and confirm your purchase in full!

Do the Peach at the Beach Travel Packages come with tickets to the festival?

Yes, all Travel Packages include two (2) tickets to the festival on Saturday, July 13th. You will have the choice of GA, GA Plus, VIP or Super VIP depending on availability.

What is the difference between the ticket types included in the Travel Package?

Please see below for what is included for each different ticket type included in the Travel Packages.

  • GA tickets provide access to the main concert area. 
  • GA Plus tickets provide access to the main concert area and Island Waterpark, early entry to Island Waterpark with exclusive DJ sets, and access to the GA Plus viewing area at the main stage.
  • VIP tickets provide access to the main concert area and Island Waterpark, early entry to Island Waterpark with exclusive DJ sets, access to Paradise Adult Island VIP area with private bathrooms and bars including a swim up bar with views of the main stage, a commemorative VIP lanyard, one (1) meal voucher good for two items at the main event’s various food vendors, and access to the VIP viewing area at the main stage. 
  • Super VIP tickets provide access to the main concert area and Island Waterpark, early entry to Island Waterpark with exclusive DJ sets, access to Paradise Adult Island VIP area with private bathrooms and bars including a swim up bar with views of the main stage, a commemorative VIP lanyard, one (1) meal voucher good for two items at the main event’s various food vendors, access to the VIP viewing area at the main stage, access to Super VIP deck with complimentary food and non-alcoholic beverages and access to Friday night’s pre-party and Peach After Party events. 

How and where will I receive my festival passes included in the Peach at the Beach Travel Packages?

We have entered the digital age, and we’re going to make things easier for you.  All tickets for The Peach at the Beach will be digital. You will receive your digital tickets in your Ticketmaster account within a few weeks of the event taking place. You will be required to use the same email address used to purchase your Travel Package to receive your tickets in your Ticketmaster account. Don’t worry, there will be a friendly and knowledgeable 100x Staff member at each hotel on check in day to help you with any questions or issues that arise.

When will I receive information about 100x Travel Package check-in?

More information and further instructions including 100x check-in location and schedule will be emailed to the purchaser, at the email address used for purchase, 5-7 days before the event.

How will I receive my merchandise?

All merchandise will be distributed at the 100x check-in on the same day of your hotel check-in and must be picked up then! Please note we cannot ship merchandise before or after the event. 

100x is not responsible for any lost or stolen merchandise.

What if my plans change and I no longer want my purchased Travel Package?

All 100x Travel Packages are non-refundable. Please refer to our Purchase Policy for complete details. If you accidentally purchase the wrong package and hope to change your order, email us immediately at peachatthebeach@100xhospitality.com and we will do what we can to help.

HOTEL INFORMATION

What time is check-in and check-out at the Showboat Resort Atlantic City?

100x abides by the hotel’s standard hotel policy which states hotel check-in is at 4:00PM ET and check-out is 11:00AM ET . There is no guarantee that you will be able to check in earlier than the hotel’s standard check-in time. If you need to arrive at the hotel early, we will work with the hotel to make sure that your bags can be stored and easily accessible until your check-in time.

What parking is available at the hotel?

100x Travel Packages do not include parking or cover parking expenses. To find details and rates for parking, please visit the Showboat Resort Atlantic City website.

How far is the Showboat Resort Atlantic City from the venue?

We chose this hotel not just because they are comfortable and provide a high-quality guest experience, but also because the festival will take place on the hotel grounds. 

Will there be an incidental hold at the hotel?

You will be required to provide a valid credit card at check-in. Please refer to the hotel’s website for the most up to date information on incidental charges.

TRAVEL PACKAGE REQUESTS

Can I book additional nights at the hotel with my Travel Package? If so, how can I do this?

If you would like to stay longer than your Travel Package dates, you will need to book your additional nights as a separate reservation through the hotel directly. Please make sure you select the same room type purchased with your Travel Package. Once you have booked additional nights, you can email us at peachatthebeach@100xhospitality.com to request to connect the reservations. We will do our best to work with the hotel to accommodate! All requests must be submitted to 100x by Friday, June 14, 2024.

I purchased a Travel Package as a gift and will not be in attendance. How can the gift recipient redeem the package on my behalf?

Any Travel Package request must be submitted to 100x via email by Friday, June 14, 2024

If you are wishing to gift your package to someone else, you will need to reach out to us using the email address you used to purchase your Travel Package in order to update the will call name. Please email us at peachatthebeach@100xhospitality.com and confirm your order details including the email used for purchase, order number, and package type along with the new package holder’s name, email address and phone number in order for our team to update the reservation. Once you have notified us by Friday, June 14, 2024, we will process the request and the new package holder will be able to check in to their hotel room, pick up their event merchandise at the hotel, and claim the festival passes associated with their Travel Package! 

Please note: Travel Package transfers include the entire package (hotel stay, event tickets and merchandise) and cannot be separated or split by day.

A package must be paid in full prior to it being gifted to another guest. 

I have a specific request about my hotel stay, how can I make that request?

All hotel related requests can be sent directly to 100x at peachatthebeach@100xhospitality.com. All requests must be submitted to 100x by Friday, June 14, 2024. 

I need to update the credit card information in order to pay for my Travel Package, how can I do this?

Please note that setting the new credit card as the default will not update the credit card associated with your payment plan. You must follow these step by step instructions we have provided you below:

To change the credit card used on your payment plan:

  1. Log in to your Tixr account at www.tixr.com
  2. Go to your user menu with your initials displayed in the upper right-hand corner and click My Events
  3. Click on Payment plan details on the event card that you wish to update your payment on
  4. Click the drop-down under your Payment plan details and choose New payment method
  5. Update your payment method and click Update payment info to confirm the new card on file
  6. An overlay will pop up asking you to confirm that you would like to apply that payment method to your order. Upon clicking YES you will know that you have successfully updated the card on file when a green banner appears on the top of your screen
